VANCOUVER, BC (Sports Network) – Reigning Major League Soccer Most Valuable Player and FC Dallas midfielder David Ferreira is facing a long spell on the sidelines after he suffered a broken ankle in his team’s 2-1 win over Vancouver Whitecaps FC on Saturday.
Ferreira sustained the injury after a challenge from Whitecaps defender Jonathan Leathers and had to be carried off the field on a stretcher, with X- rays later confirming the extent of the injury…
